Half of workers surveyed express willingness to switch jobs if offered higher pay—a clear indicator of the pivotal role salaries play in employee satisfaction and retention rates. With inflationary pressures mounting alongside increased workloads being shouldered by employees everywhere—it’s no surprise that demands for higher wages are on the rise.
